Blogger Custom Permalink Feature. How To Use it

What Is Custom Permalink In Blogger?

This is a Seo feature added by blogger in 2012 that enable bloggers to customize their blogger post URL before publishing it..

I make use of this feature every time i compose a post.  This  makes me to customize/ generate a URL that is related to my post before I publish it, to provide readers with relevant information especially when scanning through Search Engines results.

Failure to do this at time , blogger may automatically generate a URL that is completely irrelevant for your blog post.

How To Use Blogger Custom Permalink

To create your own custom permalink, url for a specific post, Simply Click on Compose a new post , then enter your desired post title .

Click on "permalink" in the Post Settings.

Allow Blogger to Auto Generate a url then click on Custom Permalink as shown in the image above.
You should see an editable permalink generated by blogger, you can then edit as desired.

When you have finished editing click DONE.
